Your mutual fund units are held at mutual fund AMC, and we never touch or hold your units. You have access all your units on the AMCs website using the folio number provided on the SimpliFin app.

No, you do not need to add money to any wallet. While placing the purchase order you can use either UPI/NEFT/Net Banking to directly transfer money from your bank account to the mutual fund AMC. SimpliFin does not hold your money during the process.

You just need to select the Mutual Fund Scheme you want to invest in, click on the Buy button, make the payment through either UPI/NEFT/Net Banking and your purchase order is placed.

You will see the alloted Mutual Fund units as soon as the transaction is cleared at the AMC.

You can place a redemption order for the desired mutual fund investment. The AMC will initiate the processing and transfer the money into your registered bank account. The process between placing a redemption order and getting money into your account can take between 1-5 business days based on the AMC and Bank.

Note: The amount transferred to your bank account may be different from redemption amount depending upon the applicable STT and AMC exit load.
