Terms and Conditions for Referral Offer

1. Eligibility:

  • This referral offer is available to all registered users of the Simplifin app.
  • A unique Permanent Account Number (PAN) means a unique user.
  • Users cannot create multiple accounts even if they have multiple phone numbers, as long as they have a single PAN.
  • Users need to be KYC compliant before they can start referring friends.
    • 2. Referral Bonus:
    • Upon referring a friend, the referrer will receive ₹100 and the referred friend will receive ₹200 in digital gold on the Simplifin app.
    • The bonus will be awarded to both parties when the referred friend makes their first investment of a minimum of ₹1000.
    • The bonus will only be credited if the referred friend maintains their investment for at least 30 days.
    • The referral bonus cannot be combined with any other offers.
    3. Limitations:
    • A referrer can receive the referral bonus for a maximum of 50 referrals. Although referrers can continue to refer friends beyond this limit, they will not receive any additional referral bonuses after the first 50 referrals.
    • Referred friends will still receive the ₹200 bonus on their first investment of a minimum of ₹1000, regardless of the referrer having exceeded the 50 referral bonus limit.
    4. Non-Combining Offers:
    • The referral bonus cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, including the offer that grants ₹200 on the user’s first investment of a minimum of ₹1000.
    5. General Conditions:

  • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Any fraudulent activity or abuse in connection with the referral offer will result in immediate disqualification from the referral program.
  • The company’s decision in all matters relating to the referral offer will be final and binding.
    • 6. Miscellaneous:

  • By participating in the referral offer, users agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
